It was founded in 2015 and is managed by individuals with extensive expertise in many parts of Indian recruitment and business incubation. The company’s consulting and other services are aimed at resolving some major challenges and thereby breaking down traditional business barriers.

About the Founder

The Founder Mr.Shivakumar has an extensive 25 Plus years of Experience with various organsiation such as HP, TeamLease Service, TASC Outsourcing LLP (UAE), STG International LTD., and multiple functions such as Search, Recruitment, RPO, Marketing, Sales and the nuances of business Incubation process.
ResourceTree Global Service Pvt Ltd. was his brainchild sighting the opportunities where India has become the talent hub for international arena. Hence with a purview to facilitate seamless incubation process he evolved the engagement model of ResourceTree which has facilitated multiple Start-ups and International Companies to start and scale up their operations.
The core function being facilitating the Talent Supply chain along with aids on identifying optimal real estate and operationalise business processes.
