Joining an organization in the early stages of life have never been a small challenge. Joining an organization at the time of covid was more than a challenge, never meeting the hiring manager, never seeing an office or even knowing where this stint will take you. At the time of COVID lockdown. Looking back at the beginning, all the confusion, inhibitions and worries converted into more of a relationship of trust, collaboration and clear vision is being amazing. The organization and the journey of working along in the team of likeminded people with similar goals has been amazing.
