What You Will Do:
- Independently manage complex employee relations cases.
- Conduct workplace investigations.
- Partner with leaders and HRBPs on grievance management and disciplinary actions
- Provide guidance on employment laws and compliance.
- Maintain investigation records and documentation.
- Support employee advocacy and workplace culture initiatives.
- Strong experience in investigations, grievance management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience with significant expertise in Employee Relations.
- Strong experience in investigations, grievance management, and compliance.
